Reynold’s experience as a senior leader is vast.  He is currently the CEO of Smart Glass Systems Pty Ltd which has been successfully operating for over 5 years.  he is the CEO of Smart Spigot Pty Ltd which sells internationally and own the patents across Europe, Canada, America, New Zealand and Australia.  A Director and major shareholder of 8 Dragons Digital and a board member of a new crowd funding application called Ignite Me.  His ability to see the bigger picture and assign the correct talent to build and make successful businesses is one of his many key strengths and the reason for such success to date.

Alan brings over 25 years’ experience successfully running sales & product management software companies in UK, USA and Australia.  He grew his own UK software product company through to acquisition by the then US market leader.  Subsequently, he held leadership positions in a number of global software companies.
Outside of the software industry, Alan served as General Manager of commercialisation for the University of New South Wales, generating millions of dollars in licensing and venture capital.  And for 2 years via the Australian Government’s overseas aid programme (AusAID), he helped transform a small Indonesian wildlife charity into a well-funded and international award-winning non-governmental organisation (NGO).

With over 30 years in call centre experience David is extremely well versed in relationship management and negotiating deals that are win-win for all parties in the contact centre world.  Totally people focussed, well versed in Omni marketing and an outside the box thinker and doer.

He is currently on two boards and an advisor to 8 Dragons Digital and Citrus Call Centre Recruitment, whilst also being an advisor and door opener for 3 call centre systems companies.  For the Westpac Group, he started with an outsourcing opportunity of 20 people and continued to grow the business over nearly 14 years which evolved into setting up all outsourcing opportunities in Australia (over 1000 seats).  In 2013 he won best outsourced call centre partnership in the world at the 2013 CCW awards in Las Vegas.

Earl is currently the Chief Marketing Officer and shareholder of 8 Dragons Digital which specialises in producing and distributing brand funded cross platform content across Asia.  He has over 15 years’ experience in media across the Asia Pacific Region in all facets of production and distribution.  Earl is currently working with both government agencies and multi-national brands producing content for broadcast in China both on broadcast television and online. Current clients include Zurich, Singapore Airlines, CTrip and Coke.

Sarah has worked nationally with media agencies and direct clients in a wide range of industries over the course of her 15 years in the industry. She now owns a smaller consulting business specialising in full scale Marketing and PR developing multi-channel strategies for her clients since selling her previous digital agency. Clients she has worked with on various digital campaigns either retainer or project based include Warner Bros, Channel Ten, Watpac, King Furniture, Yellow Brick Road and many others.

Josh has 15 years’ experience in working with contact centre and customer experience roles. He independently gained one company an award for the “best customer service of the year” with the top 5% performance across the country in 2011. He has successfully built high performing and award winning teams and managed to take one start-up company from nil revenue to $130million which then lead to them becoming one of Australia’s leading privately owned RTO’s. Some of his recent client campaigns have been with Sheraton, Careers Australia, Yellow Brick Road, Officeworks and Toll Holdings.
